O.o (yes i bought it coz wtf green?) i think ill make a cheeseplatter for xmas and see if anyone in my family is brave enough :p

also i bought me mum a little something (and didnt murder anyone in town yay me)

I have a nice chunk of Stilton that will be put out on Christmas, but I don’t think anyone but me appreciates cheese  that smells like feet. More for me!

D ang, that is green (does that say pesto on it ?)  We are doing a cheese plate for xmas too - nothing quite that bright, but we did get a cheddar that was aged in port wine that is kinda purple. My mother makes an awesome super garlicky cheese ball too..

I am but a simple man and ignorant of such things but reading up on your suggestion  does make it sound like a great pairing. I think a trip to the local wine emporium is called for.

My employer gives out gift cards for a local meat and cheese place for Christmas. I bought myself a big chunk of 10 year old extra sharp cheddar. It’s good.
